OddsLens provides analytics and decision-support tools for exchange betting users. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets, and we do not hold gambling funds.

Content on the site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of profit.

• You must be 18+ (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• You must have capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not use OddsLens if you are self-excluded from gambling services or if using the service would be unlawful.

• Keep your login details confidential.
• You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not share access or attempt to bypass access controls.

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal, depending on the plan you choose.
• Payments are processed by third parties. We do not store full card details.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Gambling involves risk. Analytics can never eliminate uncertainty. Even “good” bets can lose, and losses may exceed expectations.

You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and outcomes. OddsLens does not guarantee profit, performance, or accuracy.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the service, algorithms, or outputs at scale.
• Interfere with security, availability, or performance.
• Circumvent access restrictions or share accounts.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may perform maintenance, introduce rate limits, or apply controls to protect the platform.

All content, branding, software, and algorithms are owned by OddsLens or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal use.

You may not reuse or commercialise outputs without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses (including loss of profit, revenue, business, or opportunity).
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or if we reasonably believe your use poses risk to the platform, business, or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time and manage subscriptions via the billing portal where available.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
